Recently, our company has completed the production and debugging of the RD-L1000 Linear Displacement Potentiometer Testing Equipment customized for a specific client. This equipment is designed for testing and measuring various parameters of linear displacement potentiometers. The RD-L1000 is an upgraded version based on the current RD-L500 model. The maximum measurement travel has been upgraded from 500mm to 1000mm, meeting the measurement needs of more products and enhancing the compatibility of this model.

The main technical indicators of potentiometers include total resistance, effective electrical travel, linearity precision, conformity, sliding noise, contact resistance, contact resistance variation, output smoothness, and backlash. These indicators require individual testing, which is time-consuming. The RD-L1000 Linear Displacement Potentiometer Testing Equipment can comprehensively test the above adjustment parameters of potentiometers, effectively improving testing efficiency and measurement accuracy.

Electrical Continuity Measurement: Frequency adjustable between 1~5kHz, with adjustable movement speed and sampling cycle.
Contact Resistance Measurement (Current Method): Measurement current can be set, with a minimum resolution of 1mA.
Noise Resistance Measurement: Resistance range: 100Ω~50KΩ, sampling frequency: 2.5kHz.
Contact Resistance Variation (C.R.V) Measurement: Measurement current: 1.0mA.
